The FBI building is located at 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. When we were there, the building was closed (Sunday I believe). So we did not get a tour. However, tours have been suspended until further notice due to renovations. I am not sure at this time if tours are still being held. The would be free. Parking is limited and you'll have to park far away and take the metro in, or chance it to get metered street parking. I am not sure about facilities inside as far as food, drinks and gift shops. There are restrooms and water fountains though.
