This event was ticket-less. It was a free concert for Colonial Down Racetrack in which Mr. Jones has some interest in. He did this a couple years (I believe in 2002 as well). It was just $2 to get into the track. We bet a little; Jason came with us. There were fireworks. I did manage to get an in person autograph: I had to "chase" him.
